Our staff and management teams are supported by administrative teams to handle specialist tasks such as environmental concerns, quality and human resources. This allows our management teams space to ensure their clients needs are being fulfilled in an efficient and productive manner.
GSF have implemented and continually improves the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Our company has been quality assurance accredited since 1994.
GSF achieved accreditation of its Environmental Management System in 2010. The Environmental Management System complies with the requirements of the standard ISO 14001:2004. We have already identified the aspects of the business that have an impact on the environment. All of our business activities have a low impact on the environment.
GSF has developed a system designed to identify the hazards created as part of our work activities and to control the risk of those hazards to the lowest practicable level. The system comprises the following key components.
GSF use the expert services of employment consultation company Croner Consulting who cover all of our human resources. The purpose of this is so that GSF keeps up to date with all the changes in legislation. We have an employee information binder which is available to all employees. We are an Equal Opportunities company.
Our managers, operatives and clients benefit from having a manned Helpdesk which is available during normal office hours.
Training is one of the key elements in successful business management. Not only because it ensures safe systems of work but also so that our employees have a clear understanding of the standard expected of them.
