In our QMS we have integrated 3 essential management systems: Quality Management, Health and Safety Management and Environmental Management. By integrating these systems, we have introduced the concept of Total Quality Performance. The above-mentioned concept is based on the in-built quality within each element of the system and the development of and investment in quality management, training, motivation and development of corporate culture.
Our Service Quality Standards are based on the Guide to Standards, Specifications and Productivity Rates for Best value in Building Cleaning of THE BRITISH INSTITUTE OF CLEANING SCIENCE (BICSc).
Our Service Quality Standards shall be used for the reference of acceptable service levesl within the service quality assessment if a Service Level Agreement has not been developed.
