On 1 April, Lynne Hiller, Cleaning Supervisor at GSF UK, took part in Brave the Shave in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Lynne has been part of the GSF journey for over 12 years, progressing from cleaner to supervisor during her time supporting a pharmaceutical site headquarters, where she built her skills, completed training, and gained experience managing both buildings and grounds. She now works at a private school, where she has been part of the team for the past two years.

Her decision to take part is deeply personal. Having lost her father to cancer 30 years ago, Lynne felt the time was right to do something she had long considered but never had the confidence to pursue until now.

The event took place at the school, with pupils involved and inspired by her courage. For Lynne, it is not just about fundraising, but about raising awareness and showing the younger generation that everyone can make a difference.

Outside of work, Lynne enjoys the simple things in life, especially spending time with animals, from dog walks to the many sheep, goats and horses near the school.

We are proud to support Lynne in this initiative and love the new look!
