Growing without losing our culture

Jerome leads the UK business and keeps one eye on the future while protecting what already works. His role is as much about culture as it is about performance making sure the company grows in the right way, not just the fast way. Since he joined, the business has expanded significantly, but the focus on respect and integrity hasn’t changed. He believes clients stay when they trust you, and employees stay when they feel valued. Everything else follows from that.
