GSF UK is delighted to announce the promotion of Monika Kasperaviciute to the newly created role of Head of People, effective January 2026.
Monika joined GSF in 2018 and has built an impressive career within the business, progressing from Site Manager at a major UK Airport to Operations Manager for the Central Region before taking on this new leadership role. Her career journey reflects the opportunities available within GSF for colleagues who demonstrate commitment, leadership and a passion for delivering excellent service.
In her role as Head of People, Monika will lead GSF’s people strategy with a clear focus on creating the best possible environment for colleagues to succeed and grow. Having spent several years in operational roles, she brings a strong understanding of the realities teams on the ground face and the practical support they need to perform at their best.
Monika will work closely with colleagues across the business to strengthen development opportunities, support career progression and ensure GSF continues to attract and retain talented people across the organisation.
Her appointment reinforces GSF’s commitment to investing in its people and building a culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to develop long-term careers within the business.
