GSF and our client CBRE have an existing partnership spanning over 23 years. Our teams have been busy re-opening one of their head office sites that has been undergoing a landmark project. The desire was to create the optimum workplace experience for the building users ready for the future. The site has increased its existing footprint with a 40,500 sq ft major architectural new-build extension to the rear of the building taking the total footprint to circa 144,500 sq ft to accommodate approximately 2,000 employees.
This has seen GSF being flexible to meet the needs of our client throughout this period as well as through the pandemic. We have been working closely with the team on site to ensure the best cleaning methodology, innovation and supply partners are in place for this project. The variety of different workspaces and fantastic amenities prioritise wellbeing and productivity and allow the building users the freedom to choose how they work in line with an adoption of new hybrid working patterns. GSF’s cleaning regime accommodates this approach and will also support the certifications of the site in gaining WELL Platinum accreditation (Henrietta House will become one of the UK’s largest WELL Platinum, fully fitted projects.) and BREEAM Excellent status.
